Face it, selling printing and leading a printing organization is not easy during good times and it's certainly not any easier during difficult times. I propose that if you're going to do either, do it with the enthusiasm and passion that can break you out of the ordinary.
This doesn't mean that you have to become a cheerleader for your company or for print. It means that in your very own way take on each day, each project and each conversation on purpose and strive to really make something happen. Step out of your rut and break some of those old habits.
