PRINT 09 and NAPL Consultant Help Accelerate Professional Development Needed for Ownership Succession

Day One at PRINT 09:

NAPL member-client Messenger Press is a successful printing company located in Ohio, and, with two owners thinking about the future, the company is embarking on a succession plan. Co-owner Randy Heitkamp (on the right in photo) is working with NAPL Senior Consultant Janet Treer to accelerate the professional development of industry-newbie Mitch Kremer, pictured on the left in the photo.

 The folks from Messenger Press stopped by the NAPL booth on Day One of Print 09 to confer with NAPL consultants on marketing, digital equipment, and business valuation. The show is akin to boot camp for Mitch, who was literally on his third day of employment in the industry when he came to Print 09.
